**Reports**

**  1. Standard and Recoveries Chart ** \\ Choose the button {{:chart_btn.png?30|}} located at the top bar, then select **Standard Recoveries & Amount** \\ {{:choose_standard_recoveries_amount.png?400|}} \\ After choosing **Standard Recoveries & Amount** a popup modal form will appear \\ {{:standard_recoveries_amount_chart_form.png?400|}} \\ Fill up all the input field then click **Generate Chart Button** {{:generate_chart_btn.png?400|}} to generate the report.

 ** 2. Ambient Air Chart** \\ Choose the button {{:chart_btn.png?30|}} located at the top bar, then select **Ambient Air** \\ {{:choose_ambient_air.png?400|}} \\ After choosing **Ambient Air** a popup modal form will appear \\ {{:ambient_air_chart_form.png?400|}} \\ Fill up all the input field then click **Generate Chart Button** {{:generate_chart_btn.png?400|}} to generate the report.

**3. Scatter Chart** \\ Choose the button {{:chart_btn.png?30|}} located at the top bar, then select **Scatter Relationship** \\ {{:choose_scatter_relationship.png?400|}} \\ After choosing **Scatter Relationship** a popup modal form will appear \\ {{:scatter_relationship_chart_form.png?400|}} \\ Fill up all the input field then click **Generate Chart Button** {{:generate_chart_btn.png?400|}} to generate the report.

**4. Generate CSV** \\ Choose the button {{:reports_btn.png?30|}} located at the top bar, then select **Generate Crosstab CSV** \\ {{:choose_generate_crosstab_csv.png?400|}} \\ After choosing **Generate Crosstab CSV** a popup modal form will appear \\ {{:generate_crosstab_csv_form.png?400|}} \\ Fill up all the input field then click **Generate Crosstab Button** {{:generate_crosstab_btn.png?400|}} to generate the report.
